Who we are
The Kosmera website at kosmera.ai is operated by Locwise Ltd., a company in Israel. Kosmera is a Locwise product. Locwise Ltd. is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Locwise Ltd.
For any question about this policy or your information, email info@locwise.com.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website: when you browse it, contact our sales team, request a pilot discussion, join the waiting list, or email us from it.
It does not cover the Kosmera platform services we provide to customers. Information processed in those services is governed by the agreement with the customer organization.
Information we collect
When you contact sales or request a pilot discussion
The forms on the Contact Sales and Enterprise Pilot pages ask for:
- first and last name, work email, and phone number;
- company name and company size;
- optionally, a description of what you are looking for or the use case you want to evaluate;
- whether you chose to receive product updates, together with the wording and version of the choice you were shown.
When you join the waiting list
- your email address;
- optionally, your name;
- whether you chose to receive product updates, together with the wording and version of the choice you were shown.
Sent automatically with a form submission
When you submit any of these forms, we also receive:
- your IP address and browser user agent;
- which form you used, the page it was on, and the time of submission;
-
campaign parameters (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign) if you arrived through a link that included them, so we know which campaign or channel led to your request; - the result of an automated spam check by Google reCAPTCHA, including a risk score.
The forms also contain a hidden field used to detect automated spam. People filling in the form normally do not see or complete it.
When you browse the website
- Visit counting. Google Analytics counts visits without cookies for every visitor. See Analytics and cookies.
- Analytics cookies and session recording, only if you allow it. If you choose "Allow analytics", Google Analytics uses cookies and Microsoft Clarity records how you use the pages.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google.
- Hosting. The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which processes standard request information such as your IP address to deliver pages.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use information
- to respond to your sales inquiry or pilot request and to discuss Kosmera with you;
- to email waiting list members when registration opens;
- to send product updates to people who chose to receive them;
- to protect the forms from spam and abuse;
- to count visits and, if you allow analytics, to understand how the website is used;
- to operate and secure the website, and to comply with legal obligations.
You are not legally required to give us any information. Providing it through our forms is voluntary, but without the required fields we cannot handle your request or add you to the waiting list.
Sales inquiries, waitlist, and marketing
Sales inquiries and pilot requests. We use your details to handle that request and follow up on it. Submitting a sales inquiry or pilot request does not, by itself, subscribe you to newsletters or marketing emails.
Waiting list. By joining the waiting list, you ask us to email you when registration opens. That email includes an unsubscribe link.
Product updates. Product updates may include marketing about Kosmera. We send them only if you tick the optional product updates box on one of our forms. The box is unticked by default, and we keep a record of your choice and the wording you were shown. Every product update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to info@locwise.com.
Service providers
We use the following providers to run the website and handle submissions:
- Google Firebase Hosting: hosts the website.
- Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Pub/Sub): receives form submissions and passes them to our CRM.
- Fireberry: the CRM system where we store and manage sales inquiries and waiting list entries.
- Google reCAPTCHA: checks form submissions for spam.
- Google Analytics: visit counting without cookies, and website usage analytics with cookies if you allow it.
- Microsoft Clarity: records how pages are used (session recordings and heatmaps), only if you allow it.
- Google Fonts: delivers the fonts used on the website.
Google reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Terms of Service (opens in a new tab).
These providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in, including outside Israel. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Analytics and cookies
Visit counting without cookies. Google Analytics runs on every page in a cookieless mode by default. It does not set or read cookies, but your browser sends Google information about the page view, such as the page address, browser and device type, and your IP address, which Google uses to count and estimate visits. Advertising features are always off.
Only if you choose "Allow analytics". When you first visit, the website asks whether you allow analytics. If you allow it:
-
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically named
_gaand_ga_1MVR5N0E0D) to recognize returning visitors and sessions, and reports how the website is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. -
Microsoft Clarity loads and records how you use the pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, to produce session recordings and
heatmaps. It sets cookies (typically named
_clckand_clsk) and sends this information to Microsoft.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page. You can change it at any time with the Analytics choice link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw permission, Google Analytics returns to cookieless counting, Microsoft Clarity stops, and their cookies are removed from this website.
Campaign parameters. If you arrive through a link that includes campaign parameters (utm_source,
utm_medium, utm_campaign), the website keeps them in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
They are sent to us only if you submit one of our forms. They are not cookies.
Google reCAPTCHA loads on the pages with forms, because it protects them from spam. Google may set or read cookies and collect device and browser information to tell people from automated traffic.
How long we keep information
- Sales inquiries and pilot requests: deleted 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship with your organization continues.
- Waiting list entries: deleted 12 months after registration opens.
- After you unsubscribe: we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we do not email you again.
- Google Analytics data: kept for 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity data: kept for the retention periods Microsoft applies to Clarity projects.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend legal claims.
Your rights and requests
Access and correction. Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated.
Other deletion requests. Beyond those legal rights, you can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal reason. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep your address on the suppression list described above.
Marketing and analytics choices. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time and change your analytics choice with the Analytics choice link at the bottom of every page. Visit counting without cookies does not depend on this choice.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. To make a request, email info@locwise.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and checked for spam before they are passed on. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the website forms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we want to use your information for a new purpose that requires your consent, we will ask for it.
